Our products do not require any cleaning, just open the hygienically sealed package and enjoy the different flavour combinations!
Unfortunately, our products are not waterproof but that doesn't mean we can't use our Elf on a rainy day - a few drops of water won't damage our products, but we'll keep them from washing!
Our products are packed in a QR code box with a certificate of authenticity, the box contains the Elf Bar itself which is in a hygienically sealed foil. In order to avoid any damage during transport, the products are delivered to our customers in a bubble wrap lined box/envelope!
In such a case, we recommend you to order it to an address where the recipient cannot see it (e.g. workplace, a friend, etc.). On the other hand, we will ensure that your order is packaged discreetly and that nothing other than the name of our shop will reveal the contents.

In our webshop you can pay online by credit card and cash on delivery.

The security of your credit card payment and the protection of your information are ensured by the SSL Certificate of the site and the trusted system of Borgun.

Your card details cannot fall into the hands of unauthorised persons (of course, we don't get them either, we don't need them to complete your order).

You can pay cash on delivery or by credit card at the courier.

Cash on delivery is possible, but transfer or other payment methods are not currently available in our webshop.

After a successful order, your parcel will be prepared within 24 hours and delivered within 1-4 days by the appropriate courier service. - If you notice in your order confirmation email that the address is incorrect, please contact us immediately via our email support (info@mypodseurope.com). We will email you your parcel ID, which will allow you to change your delivery address with the appropriate courier service!

- Delivery of the product is out of our hands, so you must contact the appropriate courier service! All incoming orders will be assigned a package ID, which you can use to track your products on the courier's website! If the delivery is unsuccessful, the courier service will keep your parcel for a few days, so you can still contact them for a delivery at an agreed time! If, even after that, the delivery is still unsuccessful, your products will be returned to us, and unfortunately we cannot deliver returned parcels again! In this case, please contact us by e-mail (info@mypodseurope.com)

- All products are strictly inspected before dispatch, but due to the nature of the packaging, the products are not opened, so internal damage may occur, or the package may be damaged during transit! If you experience any of the above, please contact us immediately via email at info@mypodseurope.com! We will respond as soon as we can, and of course we will remedy the problem to cause you as little inconvenience as possible!

- Of course there is a guarantee, but due to the nature of the products we can only guarantee in certain cases! Our products are disposable, non-repairable and cannot be checked for use, so we only offer a functional guarantee for these products for 48 hours from the date of receipt. - But what does this mean? Within 48 hours of receiving your order, you have the possibility to report any malfunction of the products, together with video documentation, to us by e-mail at info@mypodseurope.com! - Missing products: in this case, please contact us immediately using one of our contact details, and of course, once we have checked your order via the packaging partner's camera system and are sure that the package has been sent incorrectly, we will try to replace your products as soon as possible - IMPORTANT! We cannot guarantee orders placed under bulk purchase, once our bulk discount is deducted from the cart, unfortunately the guarantee is no longer valid! !We ask everyone to try all disposables when the package arrives!

We have also thought about our resellers and bulk buyers, you can find our products with quantity discounts in the "Resellers" section of our website. You can check our current prices and quantity thresholds in the discounted price table. If you would like to buy above the maximum quantity, please contact us using one of our contact details at the top of the page. Quantity discounts are available to anyone who purchases above the minimum order quantity. The discount will be automatically credited once the products have been added to the basket.
