Our products do not require any cleaning, just open the hygienically sealed package and enjoy the different flavour combinations!
Unfortunately, our products are not waterproof but that doesn't mean we can't use our Elf on a rainy day - a few drops of water won't damage our products, but we'll keep them from washing!
Our products are packed in a QR code box with a certificate of authenticity, the box contains the Elf Bar itself which is in a hygienically sealed foil. In order to avoid any damage during transport, the products are delivered to our customers in a bubble wrap lined box/envelope!
In such a case, we recommend you to order it to an address where the recipient cannot see it (e.g. workplace, a friend, etc.). On the other hand, we will ensure that your order is packaged discreetly and that nothing other than the name of our shop will reveal the contents.

In our webshop you can pay online by credit card and cash on delivery.

The security of your credit card payment and the protection of your information are ensured by the SSL Certificate of the site and the trusted system of Borgun.

Your card details cannot fall into the hands of unauthorised persons (of course, we don't get them either, we don't need them to complete your order).

You can pay cash on delivery or by credit card at the courier.

Cash on delivery is possible, but transfer or other payment methods are not currently available in our webshop.

If the system indicates an error when you checkout, first make sure you have entered the correct details. If the payment fails on the second attempt, please contact us using one of our contact details at the top of the page. We'll get back to you as soon as we can!

After a successful order, we will prepare your parcel for courier within 24 hours and from then on it will be delivered within 1-4 working days

Orders will be shipped to EU Member States It costs HUF 2490 (cash on delivery HUF +250).

For cash on delivery orders you have the option to pay cash or by credit card at the courier.

If the total value of your order exceeds HUF 23,990, we will bear the full shipping cost.

After a successful order, your parcel will be assembled and delivered to the courier within 24 hours, who will deliver it to the address you specify within 1-4 working days.

As soon as the courier has the package, you will receive an email from the courier company informing you about the delivery details.

If you need to return your parcel for any reason, please contact us first via one of our contact details at the top of the page, returns are restricted for hygiene reasons.
We will do our best, but it is possible that there may be delays, especially during busy periods. We ask you to be patient, and if your order has been delayed for too long, please contact us via one of our contact details at the top of the page.
If you notice in the order confirmation email that the address is incorrect, please contact us immediately via one of our contact details at the top of the page (we recommend Facebook). If your parcel has not been delivered to the courier yet, you can change the address without any problems, but if you have already received the notification that the courier has received it, you should contact the delivery company and ask them to change the address.
Delivery of the product is out of our control, so you should always speak to the courier company. As soon as the courier has received your parcel, they will send you an email with details of the delivery, including what to do if you need to make any changes. If you still don't receive the product after several attempts and the courier company returns it to us, we will of course send it to you again, after consultation and after the extra costs have been settled.
All products are strictly inspected before dispatch, but if there is a fault or the package is damaged in transit, please contact us using one of the contact details at the top of the page. We will respond as soon as we can and will of course rectify the problem so that you suffer as little inconvenience as possible

Of course we offer a guarantee and will replace the faulty product.

Faulty battery: Loss of capacity or malfunction due to use is not a warranty problem.

Faulty device: we ask our customers to report any faulty devices, missing products or incorrectly sent products to our customer service within 72 hours of receipt. Please check the package carefully and check everything.

Disposable items are single use, these items are not repairable and cannot be checked for use. Therefore, these products are only covered by our operational guarantee for 48 hours from the date of receipt.

We ask everyone to try all disposables when they arrive.

After a successful order, we will assemble and deliver your parcel to the courier within 24 hours, you will be notified by email (you will receive an invoice at the same time).

You will then receive an email from the courier company with details of the delivery.

We have also thought about our resellers and bulk buyers, you can find our products with quantity discounts in the "Resellers" section of our website. You can check our current prices and quantity thresholds in the discounted price table. If you would like to buy above the maximum quantity, please contact us using one of our contact details at the top of the page. Quantity discounts are available to anyone who purchases above the minimum order quantity. The discount will be automatically credited once the products have been added to the basket.
