INFORMATION ABOUT DELIVERY AND PAYMENT
We offer online payment by credit card in our webshop, and you can also pay cash or by credit card at the courier for cash on delivery orders.
The security of your credit card payment is ensured by our SSL certificate and the reliable Borgun/ Cardpay system.
There is currently no possibility to pay by bank transfer or other payment methods in our webshop!
You can order from us from any country within the European Union (except Finland and Estonia), of course, under the common market there is no additional payment obligation, as our products are pre-cleared before entering the EU.
If you find that you have paid in advance but have not received an email confirming your order, feel free to contact us by email (contact@mypodseurope.com) and we will contact you immediately and, if necessary, refund your order within 14 days to the account number you have provided!
If you place an order with card and the amount has not been deducted, the order will be cancelled eventually! In this case please place a new order!
In case of a successful order placement, we will process your order within 24 hours and after handing it over to the courier service, it will take approximately 2-5 working days to be delivered.
Delivery time may vary from courier to courier and from country to country! All incoming orders will be assigned a tracking ID, which you can use to track your products on the courier website!
If you would like to return your parcel for any reason, please contact us immediately via email at contact@mypodseurope.com! IMPORTANT: Returns are always at your own expense!
Delivery of the products is out of our control, so you must contact the courier service in all cases! All incoming orders will be assigned a tracking number, which will allow you to track the status of your parcel on the courier website! If the delivery is unsuccessful, the courier service will keep your parcel for a few days so you can make an appointment for delivery.
If the delivery is still unsuccessful and the courier returns your products, we will not be able to deliver them again! In the case of prepayment, we will of course refund the price of your products, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
